# Experts & Freelancers

> Coordinate scoped human work, clarifications, milestones, and approval.

Use Act to turn a selected expert or freelancer capability into a durable engagement with explicit scope, ownership, and review points.

## Define the engagement

Provide the deliverable, timing, budget, working model, acceptance owner, and any required evidence. Keep these inputs specific enough that both sides can recognize completion.

## Handle collaboration states

Use `awaiting_user` for missing details and `approval_required` when scope, price, timing, or deliverables materially change. Update the same Action instead of moving decisions into an untracked side channel.

## Close on evidence

Treat delivery as complete only when the agreed artifact and acceptance evidence are attached to the current Action state.
