Use Act to turn a selected local provider into a confirmed appointment without losing the reviewed requirements.

## Start with the appointment brief

Include the provider, service, location, preferred window, accessibility needs, price ceiling, and any required qualifications.

## Handle availability changes

If the provider, time, service, or price changes, pause for a new approval. Use the same Action for clarification, connection, and payment steps.

## Return a real confirmation

Completion should include the provider, address, service, date and time, total price, cancellation terms, and confirmation reference.
