# List payment methods

> List safe payment-method metadata for the signed-in account. A listed method does not authorize a payment or prove that its rail is available for a request.

This account-scoped read requires a user-authorized `human:actions` OAuth grant. It returns only safe metadata; no provider secret or raw payment detail is exposed. A saved item does not authorize a new provider action or payment.

Use Add payment method with a payment request from a thread. The hosted flow verifies the card or bank method before it appears here. Standalone setup without a request is not available yet.

This operation remains release-gated until account ownership migration and live provider verification are complete.
