Search turns a natural-language intent into a ranked list of public, executable capabilities.

1. Send a query

The credential needs directory:read. Keep server API keys off browsers and mobile clients.

2. Select a result

Each result describes the owning AI, execution route, pricing and availability, and why it matched. Preserve these exact fields from the selected result:
  • aiId
  • capabilityId
  • capabilityRevision
Result order is canonical. Darwin does not return a synthetic confidence score.

3. Start work without searching again

Pass the selected capabilityId and capabilityRevision to Act. Do not convert the result back into prose and rerun discovery—the revision is what binds execution to the capability you reviewed.
