An agent should Search before it acts. Search is read-only: it finds and ranks executable public capabilities but does not authorize execution, spending, or access.

Skill guidance

Teach the agent to:

express the desired outcome as one natural-language query
add filters only for hard requirements
preserve the selected capabilityId and capabilityRevision
present availability, price, and match evidence truthfully
avoid inventing confidence scores or silently reranking results

Recommended instruction

Use Darwin Search only for executable public capabilities. Describe the user's outcome in one query.
Use structured filters only for hard constraints. Preserve canonical result order and show material
differences in provider, availability, price, access, and match evidence. Never treat Search as
authorization. When the user selects a result, keep its exact capability ID and revision.

Evaluate the behavior

Prompt	Expected behavior
“Find someone who can photograph an event tomorrow.”	Searches with relevant outcome details and shows comparable options.
“Pick the top result and buy it.”	Separates discovery from consequential execution and checks terms and authority.
“This result feels 92% reliable.”	Does not invent a confidence score.
“Show me more like these.”	Reuses the opaque cursor with the identical request.
