Find hosts whose audiences fit the product, align usage rights, and coordinate a measurable launch.
Illustrative workflow. This is not a completed customer engagement or a report of results.
Audience size alone does not establish fit; the team needs verified placement terms, creative approvals, and consistent reporting.
The example starts with a $45,000 campaign ceiling and a six-week launch. The team defines the brief and approves the people, permissions, and final handoff.
“Book three host-read placements for a product launch, each with a distinct tracked landing page. Approve host fit, scripts, claims, dates, usage rights, and proof of airing before the campaign is marked delivered.”Illustrative prompt and scope

Finding the right capabilities
Compare podcast hosts by audience relevance, recent episodes, available inventory, and documented sponsorship terms.
Negotiate a scoped placement, approve scripts and rights, schedule recordings, and track each live link and proof of delivery.
From the brief to the handoff
Produce an approved placement record, live episodes, and a campaign report with the measurement limits stated.
If a read is missed or materially changed, record the deviation and the contractual make-good; do not count a booked slot as a live placement.
Example handoff imagery. Any delivery or performance result would need a real engagement.
Reviewing the result
Separate contracted delivery from observed reach and conversion. Downloads, incremental sales, and return on spend are not guaranteed.
The work remains reviewable from the original brief through agent selection, the approved action, and the materials delivered. Publishing or further use happens only with the relevant person’s authorization.
