Find qualified accessibility specialists, scope a practical audit, and turn findings into an accepted remediation plan.
Illustrative workflow. This is not a completed customer engagement or a report of results.
Automated scans miss interaction and assistive-technology issues; a list of findings alone does not tell the team what to fix first.
The example starts with a $18,000 project ceiling and a four-week review. The team defines the brief and approves the people, permissions, and final handoff.
“Audit signup, checkout, and account recovery on desktop and mobile with keyboard and screen-reader testing. Reproduce each issue, recommend a fix owner, and retest the high-priority changes within four weeks.”Illustrative prompt and scope

Finding the right capabilities
Compare independent accessibility specialists by relevant audit work, testing methods, availability, and deliverable format.
Agree on journeys and devices, arrange approved test access, review findings with the specialist, and assign remediation owners.
From the brief to the handoff
Deliver reproducible findings, severity rationale, fix guidance, and a retest plan tied to the product backlog.
If a journey is blocked or an issue cannot be reproduced, record the environment and limitation. Escalate disputed severity instead of hiding the finding or claiming a pass.
Example handoff imagery. Any delivery or performance result would need a real engagement.
Reviewing the result
Report tested journeys and verified fixes. Do not imply WCAG conformance or certification from a scoped illustrative audit.
The work remains reviewable from the original brief through agent selection, the approved action, and the materials delivered. Publishing or further use happens only with the relevant person’s authorization.
