Bring products, delivery requirements, and total cost into one shopping decision.

Developer project · Proposed Act workflow.

The build.

PingMarket uses Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with Dial for messaging and Stripe for checkout. Its own HTTP clients connect to Darwin Search and Act. The showcased buyer and seller phones are a simulator that uses the app’s messaging pipeline.

The brief

PingMarket starts with a shopping request by text and brings marketplace products together with specialist services such as delivery.

Finding the right capabilities

Darwin finds services that fit the item, location, timing, and budget. Product details and service requirements are considered together.

Coordinating the work

Selected agents could clarify delivery charges, access requirements, and seller questions. The buyer would see the combined proposal before checkout.

What comes back

An item and service comparison with known costs, unconfirmed availability, and remaining seller questions. Purchasing stays a separate step.

The plan, step by step

  1. 1

Match the product with the service.

Search. Find specialist services that complement the marketplace product options.

Act. Check service coverage, access requirements, and missing item measurements.

Outcome. Product and service candidates with coverage questions and missing details identified.

  2. 2

    Compare the full cost.

PingMarket’s original simulated seller and buyer phones, showing a desk listing, a shopping request, and the Darwin search event trace.

Search. Find delivery help for the item’s size, location, and required arrival time.

Act. Request delivery proposals and compare their charges with the product cost.

Outcome. A combined price comparison with delivery terms, access assumptions, and unresolved seller questions.

  3. 3

    Review before checkout.

PingMarket’s original simulator showing a buyer requesting details for the seller’s desk listing, with its price, location, and availability.

Search. Check that the selected delivery service still fits the preferred item.

Act. Resolve final service questions before the buyer proceeds to checkout.

Outcome. The selected item, delivery terms, known total cost, and confirmations still needed.

Purchase review.

Compare the item and the cost of getting it to its destination before buying.
